Return Policy

Product(s) are eligible for return within 3 days from the date of delivery, after which we will not accept returns under any circumstance.

Returns requests cannot be accepted for products in which falls, pico or tassels have been done.

The opening video is a must for any return request. Please share the video to our WhatsApp number – 7386194427 and raise a return request.

If the product arrives damaged/defective, please share the opening and product video to our WhatsApp number 7386194427, and raise a return request. Please ensure that tags and folding are intact. On approval from our end, you can opt for a refund or return with another product

In other cases (changed your mind, slight color difference, etc), please raise a return request on our WhatsApp number 7386194427.

To be eligible for return, the product must be unused and in the same condition (with the folding and tags intact).

Since we provide free shipping for all orders, return and re-shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

Return Shipping Costs will be reimbursed by us in case of defective product delivery, after approval from our end.

Refunds(if approved by us) will be credited back to your source account after 5-7 days from us receiving the product.

Discount code, if any, applied during the purchase will be debited before any refund process.

We hold all the rights to refuse return requests if we do not find the reason valid
