At Rangvarsha Sarees, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our Return Policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Eligibility
* Products are eligible for return within 3 days from the date of delivery.
* Return requests received after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
* Products on which falls, pico, or tassels* have been done are *not eligible for return.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
* An uncut parcel opening (unboxing) video is mandatory for every return request.
* Please share the unboxing video on WhatsApp: 7386194427 while raising your return request.
* Return requests submitted without an unboxing video may not be approved.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
* Share both the unboxing video and product video on WhatsApp: 7386194427.
* Ensure that the original tags and folding remain intact.
* Once the claim is verified and approved, you may choose either:
* A refund, or
* A replacement with another product.
Returns for Other Reasons
For returns due to reasons such as:
* Change of mind,
* Slight color variation, or
* Any other non-defective reason,
please raise your return request on WhatsApp: 7386194427.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
* Be unused and unwashed.
* Be returned in its original condition.
* Have the original folding and tags intact.
Products that are used, altered, washed, or returned without the original tags and folding may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Charges
* As we provide *free shipping* on all orders, the cost of return shipping and any re-shipping shall be borne by the customer.
* A return processing fee of ₹100 per product will be deducted for returns made for reasons other than damaged or defective products.
* In the case of approved defective or damaged product claims, the return shipping cost ₹100 per product will be reimbursed after verification.
Return Approval
* All return requests are subject to verification and approval by Rangvarsha Sarees.
* We reserve the right to refuse any return request if the stated reason is found to be invalid or if the product does not meet the return eligibility criteria.
Sale Items
Products purchased during sales, discounts, promotional offers, or special offers are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
